When you spend nine or more hours a day surrounded by dull grey cubicle walls as I do, any upgrade that you can make to your office decor can go a long way.
Recently I was looking for something that could add some color and class to my office surroundings and I came across this Satechi Desk Mat & Mate. To be perfectly honest, I never really considered purchasing a mat in the past. But I got to thinking that this cubicle accessory could not only allow me to replace my really old mouse pad but I could also place my keyboard on the mat and add some color at the same time.
What I really liked about this mat was that it came in many different colors so I chose blue which is one of my favorite colors. The Satechi Desk Mat & Mate is a synthetic leather pad that covers a large part of your desktop. What sold me was that I could also use it as a mouse pad instead of having a separate mouse pad since it extends over 2 feet in length side-to-side and 14″ top to bottom.

I really like the texture in the desk mat and it is easy to clean. The backing of the desk mat is a no-slip polyester backing which really grips my desktop nicely. I liked the fact that this cool mat added not only a utilitarian aspect to my office since I can use it as a mouse pad but it also enhanced my cubicle decor with its color and classy look. You can get this desk mat in blue, black, cream white, green, lime, orange, and soft pink.
