In my opinion, working from home is a privilege that is offered to employees who show that they can independently be productive away from a formal office. I have been lucky to have been given that privilege in the past on a part-time basis and full-time.
Work from home benefits are plentiful. I feel that the biggest benefit is the lack of a commute. For years, I spent countless hours on the road getting to and from work. Now, I am able to skip the commute and get right to work. The stress is less as a result and the production is higher.
Creating the ideal work-from-home workspace can be a game-changer when it comes to productivity and comfort. Staying balanced working from home is one of the keys. I’ve tried to make my work-from-home set up as comfortable as I can make it. It not only is comfortable but it also suits my working style.
