As owner of a website that deals with office accessories and enhancing your life in the workplace, I’m always on the lookout for new products to review. Recently I came across a cable management product called the Secure Cord Cable Management System for Carpets. If you care about how to organize your office, this is one of the many items out there that can help you do so.

If you’ve followed this website, you know how much of a stickler I am for safety in the workplace especially when it comes to smart cable management ideas. In that article I discuss a number of different options that you can utilize for managing the many different cables and cords you can come across in your workspace.

A while ago I also reviewed cable clip organizers from Blue Key World in this article. So, when it comes to organizing cords and cables I am certainly an advocate, not only for convenience and orderliness in the office but also for the safety aspect.

Secure Cord Cable Management System

The Secure Cord Cable Management System comes in a cardboard dispenser box and inside it is a roll of 5 meters (16.5 ft) length of the material with the adhering strips on one side. You can also buy it in an 82 ft length if you like.

The roll I received is very similar to a roll of toilet paper in size. This product comes in 4 colors: yellow, black, taupe, and gray. The one I received, as you can see below, was yellow.

Below are some images of the product and how it’s used in my home office.

In conclusion, I found that the Secure Cord Cable Management System for Carpets attached securely to the carpet in my home office, even better than I had originally anticipated. I certainly can see this product being a great asset when it comes to organizing the cords in any carpeted environment, whether it be an office environment or a living room in a home.

It should also add a level of safety to that environment preventing any potential tripping hazards. I would say that this product is a great value and works as advertised. Here is another link from which you can purchase the product.

Niceeee. I have a workstation with …i don’t know…about gazillion wires and cables going and in and out. I have always wanted to manage my cables somehow. Does this anyhow damage the carpet if it were to peel off?

Nope but if you peel it off the rug underneath looks a lot cleaner than the surrounding rug. That’s the only difference from what I can tell. 🙂

      Thanks,
      Bob
