    I work from home and lately, I’ve been experiencing a little back pain and fatigue. I think my office chair is no longer supportive as it was 5 years ago. I don’t want my back pain to become worse since I understand how tough it can be to treat it.

    I also don’t take regular breaks. This could also have contributed to my back pain.

    I’ve seen a chair that it’s advertised as being one of the best for working people but it’s kinda expensive, can you make some recommendation?

      There are many different chairs available out there in the marketplace. My suggestion is to head over to a store like a Staples or Office Max and test out some of the office chairs in their showroom.
