During the winter months, at least in the Northeastern United States where I live, the lack of moisture and humidity in your home and office space can lead to many different maladies.
Since I work from home a couple of days a week in addition to the 3 days in my cubicle space in a neighboring state, I’ve recently noticed the effects of the dry air in my home. I’ve had much drier skin, a dry cough, and dry sinuses.
